In the words of Knicks’ play-by-play man Mike Breen – ‘Jeremy Lin…once again.’
We couldn’t have said it any better Mike.
That’s three straight. That’s three straight games now that seldom-used Harvard grad Jeremy Lin has controlled the Knicks pace and led them to a much-needed W.
One great performance may be luck. Two could still be considered good fortune, but three straight statistical gems culminating in Knicks’ victories is absolutely no fluke.
Knicks – Wizards highlights 2/8/2012
We wanted to give this thing time. We wanted to not overwhelm the young man playing in the most critical and desperate of NBA markets. However Jeremy Lin clearly appears up to the task at hand.
Fearless would be an accurate description of Lin’s game to this point. But the adjectives could indeed stretch on down the side of this site.
After helping New York best the home Washington Wizards 107-93 while also putting another top-tier point guard on notice Wednesday night; Lin has caught the NBA and the rest of the Sports’ World by storm.
If you happen to be into stats, the 6-3, 200-pound PG dropped 23 points, 4 rebounds and 10 assists to go along with a steal and a block for good measure against John Wall and the Wizards.
Over his last three contests he is averaging an incredible 25.3 points, 8.3 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.7 steals in 39 minutes per contests.
